Partnership Africa Canada (PAC) welcomes the announcement today by the Office of the Prosecutor for the Special Court for Sierra Leone that Liberian President Charles Taylor has been indicted for “bearing the greatest responsibility for war crimes, crimes against humanity and serious violations of international humanitarian law.”
